It's that time of year already. How did that happen so quickly? We are surrounded by Christmas lights and festive music wherever we go. However, I still get asked, "How is the market?". Well, here is my take on the last month. Sales are up, listings are down, and the average price is down 3.3% from November 2018. We are in a balanced market. Price is still crucial, and homes need to be priced within the market.
