- There were 104 sales in the month and we have moved into a SELLERS market. 
- South Surrey's average sale price is $1,439,694 (-7.7% year on year)

- White Rock - Ave Sales $1,512,281 (-4.5%)
- Pacific Douglas - Ave Sales $1,279,113 (11.1% increase)
- Sunnyside Park - $1,392,212 (5.7% increase)
- Elgin Chantrell - Ave Sales $1,779,286 (-24.9%)
- Ocean Park - Ave sales $1,480,630 (-11.6%)
- Grandview Surrey - Ave Sales $1,412,266 (-11.9%)
- Morgan Creek - Ave Sales $1,747,300 (+14.4%)
