Well, here is my take on the market. I am getting better in front of the videographer every month. The market is ACTIVE, and it has woken up the past 2 weeks. It depends where the sweet spot is for a price on a property, but in many instances, there have been multiple offers and even back up offers. Working longer completions into offers can help with looking for a new home after selling or including a subject to sale in the offer to purchase, which is more prevalent than not at the moment. There are some changes to the mortgage qualifications come July 1st, which could upset this recent market run. I think they are undue, to be honest; however, I do know that our market is remarkably resilient, and time will tell these changes will pan out.
